“This Inn is a beautifully restored and maintained historic home within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants in downtown Mesa. Kurt and Shauna were great hosts, took time on our arrival to give us a tour of the house and grounds and were happy to share information about the area. Definitely don't miss the scones for breakfast! Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Finding that place that has those luxurious accommodations with great quality. This is it: Close to old downtown with great things to explore and comfort in STYLE! Each breakfast was spectacular and each room is amazing, the room I stayed was so cozy the bed was it's own heaven. A must place to stay on your next visit. Very highly recommended... The Innkeepers are such fun people; you'll become like family.”

“I wanted to get out of the hotel chain rut, and man, did that happen with W2nd! The property is a historical beauty, lovingly maintained by owners Kurt and Shauna. The pristine exterior looks like it was when it was newly built in 1906. The historical charm continues inside, with contemporary/mid century furnishings that make it relatable and homey. My room maintained the charm with all the modern amenities to make it comfortable. The property is on a side street, which kept it very quiet. This weary traveler got a warm innkeeper welcome, and then I had my own space the entire stay. Any questions/requests were only a text message away. Shauna’s morning breakfast of fruit and homemade scone is something you don’t wanna miss. It was an experience that stays with you, and supporting a local business makes it even better. I’m already thinking about a future visit...”

“W2nd Historic Inn is one of the best, if not the best, Inns we have ever stayed at! My husband and I were blown away by every fine and careful detail planned out for the best stay a guest could ask for. We loved the fresh choice snacks, ready to make coffee and the selection of teas! The scones & fruit in the morning were just incredible, I could have them for every meal. You can’t beat the phenomenal location to downtown , walking distance to everything in Mesa. The off street parking is gated as well for the Inn. It was beyond a pleasure to be able to spend some R&R here while both my husband and I were able to take some time away from work. Both my husband & I would 150% recommend this beautiful Inn for anyone who is wanting the finer details, privacy and just a cozy atmosphere to stay. We can’t wait to plan another stay. We feel like Bed & Breakfasts are the way to travel. It’s like being at home and the care the inn keepers provide is top of the line in every way, W2nd was just that! TOP of the line!”

“We were so incredibly pleased with our stay as newly weds! The inn was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed several features of the inn including the pool, jacuzzi, free tv streaming service, the delicious breakfast scones, complimentary teas/snacks, and more! Our room was very cozy and spacious with a comfortable bed. We highly recommend this inn for newly weds, anniversaries, staycations, and more! The personal touch of a card, flowers, and chocolates from the innkeepers for our wedding night was very special. All of our needs were accommodated for and the communication was excellent. Thank you so much!”
